Fabrication & manufacturing

Cut, formed, welded, finished

The machines behind our art also run production for manufacturers, contractors and fabricators. One shop handles the whole part, from flat sheet to coated and assembled.

Production runs

Repeat parts, done right every time

We're set up for repeat manufacturing relationships: the same part, to the same drawing, run after run. Recent work includes:

  • Formed trays, lids and enclosures for an environmental equipment maker
  • Components for CNG fuel dispensers
  • Stainless countertops and trim
  • Brackets, mounts and hardware for builders
  • Our own flat-pack products and weld table kits

Best fit: production runs and ongoing programs. Small one-off jobs carry a shop minimum.

Sending files

What we need to quote

Quotes are fastest when files are clean and complete.

  • DXF for laser parts, 1:1 scale, closed outlines, no duplicate lines
  • PDF drawing for anything formed, with bend lines, directions and inside radius
  • Material, thickness, quantity and finish
  • Delivery location and timeline
